Strategy Battle 3: The Climax of the Network War

Victory Condition: Survive for four turns.

Loss Conditions: All friendly units are defeated. / Collateral damage to the area reaches 75%.

Special Note: In this battle, there will be exact HP's for the friendly units, the enemy units, and the area itself.

With every attack by either a friendly unit or an enemy unit that hits the ground, there will be a corresponding damage to the area that is equivalent to 10% of the damage dealt by the attack. Therefore, if the area's HP reaches 5,000, the strategy battle will be lost.

Special Note 2: Mecha units (whether friendly or enemy) have some specials that can be only activated when their power gauges (not available to other unit types) are filled to certain levels. When you use a special that consumes a correspending power level, the gauge will be depleted accordingly. Therefore, it is recommended that you use the mecha units' power gauge-dependent specials wisely.

Ms. Galvante: Sige lang! Tapusin silang mga numero dos! (notices the Rainbow Serpent acting erroneously) Ha? Bakit hindi umaatake ang Rainbow Serpent?! At sino naman ang mga sawsawero't sawsawera? Di bale. Tapusin! Tapusin! Tapusin!

From Balay Kapatiran's control center...

Willie: Bigatin pala ang mahikang bumabalot sa kanila. Kahit "Boom Tarat-Tarat", walang epekto roon.
Zenki: Higit pa ang bangis nito kaysa kay Karuma.
Kim: Mga kasama! Tingnan ninyo!

In a sudden turn of events, the Enemy Units finally discharge the aura from their systems. And the affected pilots return to normalcy.

Kira & Athrun: Shinn! Shinn! Naalala mo ba kami?
Mr. Lopez: Asuka! OK ka lang ba?
Shinn & Jin: Ahhh... ughh...
Gozon's Soul: Ha? Nasaan ba ako? Di ba dapat nakahimlay ako?
Abrera's Soul: Ewan ko lang, pero ginagamit ang mga kaluluwa natin sa isang masamang paraan!

At the unknown place...

????: Arrgh! Bakit nagkaganito? Nawala nang bigla ang masamang mahika koh! Heh. Meron pa akong plan B. Ito!

The unknown dude presses yet another button, and...

????: Generic Monster Revival Spell, activate!

While the Friendly Units worry about the status of the Enemy Units' pilots, a black globe appears between the Enemy Units; and from it, a brand-new monster surfaces.

????: Tapusin silang lahat na mga walang-kwentang estasyon, The Brutalizer! At maghasik pa ng mas malaking lagim!

Matthew Luke: Ewan ko kung paano ako aasta sa mga panghuling pangyayaring ito.
Hyacinth: Di bale, Matt. Bumalik naman sa normal sina Shinn at Jin. Tingnan n'yo, o.

Back at the battlefield...

Shinn: Kira? Athrun? Bakit nandito kayo?
Kira: Dahil nag-alala kami sa inyong dalawa ni Jin sa maaring sapitin ninyo at ng iba pang nandito.
Jin: Tama na ang pag-alala! Ang halimaw na iyon... ang tunay nating kalaban!
Athrun: At mabuti naman at dumating ang mga kasama natin!
Gozon's Soul: Hindi na kami papayag na gamitin pa kami sa isa na namang masamang balakin. Kaya nagpasya kami ni Ma'am Abrera na isakripisyo ang mga sarili namin bilang pantubos sa mga nagawa namin dati.
Asa: Mr. Gozon?
Gozon's Soul: Nang maging mga kaluluwa kami, nalaman namin na minanipula pala kami ni Ma'am Abrera ng isang masamang pwersa. Ngayon, oras na upang lumaya kami sa mga susunod pang panggagamit!
Abrera's Soul: Handa na kami! At sa inyong mga tagapagtanggol... maraming salamat.

...do a cooperative special on the Brutalizer: Danmaku Rain. The massive curtain of fire damages the Brutalizer for 99,999 damage. The attack does not hit the ground; therefore no damage is dealt to the area. The Brutalizer is then destroyed.

Willie & Lito: (singing) ...boom tarat-tarat...
Mr. Lopez & Ms. Charo: (singing) ...tararat-tararat...

STRATEGY BATTLE ENDS IN A MAJOR VICTORY!

Seconds after the strategy battle, at the GMA HQ, Ms. Galvante suddenly feels pain in her head. Even the Invader Zim that she summoned suddenly disappeared.

Ms. Galvante: Aaaagggghhhh! Aiiigghhhh! (breathing heavily) Ughhh... nasaan ba ako? Ha? Nasa GMA pa rin ako? Pero anong ginawa ko?

She then spots the remains of the battlefield from where she stands, and...

Ms. Galvante: Ah... hindi. Kung hindi sana naging sobrang agresibo tayong mga Kapuso, hindi sana humantong sa isang malaking gulo. Kahit na hindi na maibabago pa ang nakaraan, ipantutubos ko at ng mga nasa ilalim ko ang tunay at dalisay na serbisyong totoo. Walang labis, walang kulang.

Meanwhile, at the unknown place...

????: Punyemas! Nabigo na ang mga plano kong kay tagal nang pinaghandaan! Ito talagang mga sawsawero, mga sagabal talaga sila sa mga plano ko tungo sa isang digmaang-bayan! Di bale na. Nagtatago pa rin ako, at nandito pa rin sa panig ko ang mga bata ko. HINDI NILA AKO HUHULIIN NANG BASTA-BASTA!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Last week of August 2006. Sunny skies. At Balay Kapatiran.

Mr. Lopez: Maraming salamat uli sa inyo, Nueva Liga Filipina. Kung hindi dahil sa inyo ay mas maraming mga Pilipino ang madadamay sa kumpetisyon namin ng GMA.
Ms. Galvante: At sa ngalan ng namayapang si G. Gozon, maraming salamat din sa inyo at nalaman naming mga Kapuso ang kahalagahan ng patas na kumpetisyon, na walang bahid ng pamumulitika, ng kontrobersya, at anumang nakapagsisira sa mga magagandang samahan.
Matthew Luke & Hyacinth: Walang anuman po.
Mr. Lopez: Kaya napag isip-isipan ko ito nang matagal.
Matthew Luke: Na ano po?
Mr. Lopez: Pwede po ba akong sumali sa inyo?
Hyacinth: Siyempre! Hindi naman po ito kontrata, eh!

And the rest of the Stars of Destiny elicit a giggle.

Ms. Galvante: At kung sasali sa ako sa samahan ninyo, back out muna ako.
Ogie & Boy: Bakit naman?
Ms. Galvante: Alam na ng karamihan ang mga ginawa naming krimen laban sa kanila. Alam ninyo naman, may mga taong utak-pulbura. Kaya mas mabuti kung magla-lie low muna ako.
Mr. Lopez: Don't sweat it, Madam. Akong bahala sa iyo, parang si Pedro Penduko!

After a few minutes, Ms. Galvante bids the SOD's a warm goodbye.

Kira, Athrun, Shinn, Jin: Ngayon, itutuloy natin ang sinimulan! Kung may panganib na magbabadya, tayong mga Bituin ng Tadhana ang lulutas dyan!
